What happens to your details.
This page explains, in plain English, what we collect when you leave your details on this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What the form collects.
When you use the callback form, we receive:
- your name
- your mobile number
- the services you ticked, if any
- your business name, if you add it
- anything you write in the message box
To keep spam out, we also record when the form was sent, the type of browser you used, and a scrambled code made from your internet (IP) address rather than the address itself.
So we know which of our ads or links brought you here, we also record the page you landed on, the website that sent you (its name only, such as google.com) and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. We never record the full address of the page you came from.
If you call or text us instead, we only have what you tell us and the number you call from.
Why we collect it.
So we can call you back about what you asked for and give you a quote. We don't use it for anything else.
Who sees it.
Only the team at House of Socials: Annisha and AK.
We don't sell, rent or trade your details, and we don't pass them on to anyone else unless the law requires us to.
Where it's kept.
Your enquiry is saved on the server that runs this website. Our web host stores that information for us as part of running that service.
How long we keep it.
Only as long as we need it: to get back to you and, if we end up working together, as part of our client records. If we don't end up working together, we delete it once it's no longer needed. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Analytics and cookies.
This website doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers, and it doesn't set cookies while you browse it.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your details.
Call or text either of us and we'll sort it out. We may need to check it's really you first.
If you're not happy.
Tell us first and we'll do our best to fix it. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).
